Most life forms share some similar elements, structures, curves, or linears from plants, flowers, insects, avians, and marine animals to mammals. This life forms' birth is created by repetion and multiplying into different forms. The process for making this body of work is related to creating life. The method that I used can relate to a cell division, which starts from one to two, two to three, then keeps multiplying and growing into a life form in different categories. All sculptures came from two wood bending techniques: bent lamination, which uses a bending form, and freeform lamination, which can be done freely without bending form. I kept repeating the process, reproducing the pieces and assembling them in different orientations to create other life forms.
